Our all-inclusive fees apply to standard residential conveyancing transactions. If your transaction involves additional or non-standard work, we’ll let you know and agree any additional fees with you before carrying out that work. No surprises.

Examples of non-standard work could include trusts, companies, multiple titles or securities, complex lending arrangements, substantial additional due diligence or other unusual work.
